Birth is one of the most special and precious times in a woman’s life. You have started to embark on the journey of a lifetime. The best way to prepare for that is to inform yourself about real birth truths and about what type of birth experience you desire. Hiring a doula ensures that you are doing everything you can to try to prepare yourself for your best birth.

My passion is for a healthy, fulfilling, positive birth experience, and I desire all women to be able to know the wonder that birth can be.  I will meet you where you are in your knowledge, answer your questions and concerns and point you towards more resources. I take my knowledge and experience and work with you to help you to have an enjoyable birth experience.

A doula does not take anyone’s place in the birth room. She makes a complete birth team which allows you to have the birth you desire.
